We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (must be supported with unboxing video)
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product is unused and in original condition

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after your return is approved.

We ship across Indonesia using trusted courier services. Our shipping terms are:
